Sales & Marketing Specialist — IoT & Telematics
Own how Vignan Corp reaches and wins enterprise customers. This is a high-ownership commercial role where you'll run market outreach and marketing for our IoT platform, AjnaView telematics and custom engineering work — and help carry opportunities through to closing, working directly with the founders. It's a rare chance for an early-career professional to shape go-to-market from the ground up, see your impact directly, and grow with the company as it scales.
What you'll do
- Plan and run market outreach and demand-generation campaigns across digital channels, with a focus on B2B and LinkedIn.
- Translate technical IoT and telematics capabilities into clear, credible messaging for operations and enterprise buyers.
- Produce and manage marketing content — website copy, case studies, solution briefs, email campaigns and collateral.
- Generate, qualify and nurture leads, then help carry promising opportunities through the sales cycle to close.
- Track and report on funnel performance — traffic, leads, pipeline and conversion — and use it to sharpen what works.
- Maintain and keep the CRM up to date — logging outreach, leads and pipeline so the team always has an accurate view.
What you bring
- Proven B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in IoT, SaaS, hardware, industrial tech or enterprise software.
- Strong commercial instinct — comfortable owning a pipeline, engaging prospects directly and helping close enterprise deals.
- Excellent writing: able to turn complex technical topics into clear value for non-technical decision-makers.
- Hands-on with digital channels — SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing and marketing-automation tools.
- Analytical: confident with web and funnel analytics and reporting on outcomes, not just activity.
- Self-directed and comfortable owning marketing and sales end to end on a small, senior team.
- 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
